- fine strawberries
- sauce Melba
- fresh almonds
- pistachios
Instructions
- Arrange fine chilled strawberries in a timbale.
- Coat them with sauce Melba, or with a purée of fresh raspberries.
- Scatter fresh almonds and shredded pistachios over the top.
