Ingredients
- pears
- vanilla syrup
- Riz à Entremets
- Crème frangipane
Instructions
- Cut the pears into quarters and trim them well.
- Cook them in vanilla syrup.
- Add a little Crème frangipane to vanilla-flavoured Riz à Entremets.
- Arrange the pears in a low timbale between two layers of that rice.
