Instructions
- Mould 10 small timbales of Riz à la grecque.
- Season 10 half-tomatoes and stew them in oil.
- Set each timbale on a half-tomato.
- Shape 10 sweet potato croquettes like corks.
- Serve with Sauce Tomate.
