• pineapple
• strawberry Bavarois mixture

Instructions

1. Proceed as for the Ananas Georgette.
2. In place of the pineapple Bavarois mixture, use a strawberry Bavarois mixture.
3. Add to it, in the same way, the pineapple flesh removed from the inside and cut into dice.
