Ingredients
- carrots
- the glazing cooking of Carottes glacées pour garnitures
- parsley
Instructions
- Slice the carrots.
- If they are old, blanch them fairly strongly.
- Treat them exactly as for Carottes glacées pour garnitures.
- Dress in a timbale and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
