- Royale Crécy with Velouté
- Cream royale with hazelnuts
- Eggs
Instructions
- Prepare a chicken Consommé and add an infusion of chervil to it.
- Cut the royale Crécy with Velouté and the cream royale with hazelnuts into confetti.
- Garnish the Consommé with the two royales and with spun eggs.
