Yorkshire Pudding (for Roast Beef)

Ingredients
- 500 grammes flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 litre and a quarter of milk
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- roasting fat
Instructions
- Slake the 500 grammes of flour with the 4 eggs and the litre and a quarter of milk.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Heat roasting fat in a deep pan until very hot, pour in the batter and cook in the oven.
- If the joint is spit-roasted, take the pudding from the oven and set it under the joint so that it soaks up the juice and fat falling from it.
- Cut it into diamonds or squares and arrange it on the edges of the dish, around the joint.
