Instructions
- Sauté the chicken pieces in butter.
- Deglaze the pan with a decilitre of white wine.
- Add a point of crushed garlic and a small crushed tomato.
- Turn the sweet potatoes and the brionnes in the shape of olives and stew them in butter.
- Dish up the chicken, sauce it, and surround it with bouquets of the sweet potatoes and brionnes.
