  1. Sauté the chicken pieces in butter.
  2. Deglaze the pan with a decilitre of white wine.
  3. Add a point of crushed garlic and a small crushed tomato.
  4. Turn the sweet potatoes and the brionnes in the shape of olives and stew them in butter.
  5. Dish up the chicken, sauce it, and surround it with bouquets of the sweet potatoes and brionnes.
