Pudding soufflé Sans-Souci (Soufflé Pudding with Apples and Currants)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Butter a mould generously and scatter well-cleaned currants over the bottom and sides.
  2. Peel 250 grammes of apples per kilo of Pudding soufflé mixture, cut them in dice and cook them in butter.
  3. Add the apples to the mixture and fill the mould with it.
  4. Poach in a bain-marie.
