Instructions

  1. Spread the sifted flour in a ring on the table.
  2. Put the salt, the water and the well-worked butter in the middle.
  3. Mix, drawing in the flour little by little, and knead for a moment.
  4. Fraise the paste twice, then gather it into a ball.
  5. Keep it wrapped in a cloth in a cool place until it is used.
