Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel medium-sized apples and prepare them as for Pommes à la Bonne-femme.
  2. Dress them on a buttered dish.
  3. Fill the hollows with a salpicon of mi-sucre cherries bound with apricot purée.
  4. Cover them with light Crème frangipane.
  5. Sprinkle with macaroons and biscuits crushed to crumbs, then with melted butter.
  6. Gratinate in a hot oven.
