- orange juice
- curaçao
- crème Chantilly
Instructions
- Macerate fine strawberries with orange juice and curaçao.
- Arrange them in a timbale packed in ice.
- Cover them with crème Chantilly piped from a bag fitted with a large fluted nozzle.
