Ingredients
- Cucumbers
- Fine salt
- Oil
- Vinegar
- Chervil
Instructions
- Peel the cucumbers and slice them finely.
- Degorge them with fine salt.
- At the moment of serving, sponge them dry.
- Season with oil and vinegar and flavour abundantly with chervil.
