Salade de volaille (Chicken Salad)

Ingredients

• the same elements as the Mayonnaise de volaille
• ordinary salad seasoning

Instructions

1. Assemble exactly the same elements as for the Mayonnaise de volaille, leaving out the sauce Mayonnaise.
2. Add an ordinary salad seasoning in its place, at the moment of tossing the salad to serve.
