Instructions

  1. From excessively thin slices of well-lean ham, cut triangles of 9 centimetres in height by 7 at the base.
  2. Roll these triangles into cornets.
  3. Garnish the inside with chopped jelly piped from the bag.
  4. Arrange in a crown with well-green parsley in the middle.
