- 1 litre purée Fontanges
- 1 litre purée Crécy
- A pinch of chervil pluches
Instructions
- Finish both the purée Fontanges and the purée Crécy completely before mixing.
- Mix 1 litre of purée Fontanges with 1 litre of purée Crécy.
- Add a pinch of chervil pluches.
