Orange Ice

Ingredients

• 4 count large oranges
• 1 count garden lemon
• 6 dl water
• 300 g sugar

Instructions

1. Squeeze and strain the orange and lemon juice.
2. Boil sugar in water 10 minutes, combine with the juice, and sieve again.
3. Freeze in the sorbettiera and serve in stemmed glasses.
