Cream Pie (M. L. Williams)

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Beat the three eggs very light with the sugar. Add the sifted flour and mix smooth. Stir in the sour cream with the baking soda dissolved in it. Mix immediately and pour into shallow pans. Bake in a quick oven. Serve hot with or without sauce.
