Crunchy Little Sticks

Ingredients

• 150 g flour
• 60 g butter
• 60 g icing sugar
• 1 egg
• grated lemon zest

Instructions

1. Make a dough without overworking and roll thin.
2. Cut into about two dozen 10 cm sticks and bake on a plain tray; serve with tea or wine.
