Ingredients
- dl raspberry syrup (No. 723)
- dl Marsala wine
- tbsp rum
- g isinglass (leaf gelatin)
- dl water
- sugar
Instructions
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water over heat.
- Mix in the raspberry syrup, Marsala and rum (little or no sugar).
- Set as for the previous jellies; or use fresh raspberries with the quantities of No. 715.
