French Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 saltspoonful salt
• 0.5 saltspoonful pepper
• 5 saladspoonsful oil
• 2 spoonsful tarragon vinegar

Instructions

1. Stir a saltspoonful of salt and half as much pepper into a large spoonful of oil until the salt dissolves.
2. Mix four additional spoonsful of oil into the salt and pepper mixture.
3. Pour the whole dressing over the salad.
4. Toss the salad well.
5. Add a couple of spoonsful of tarragon vinegar.
6. Mix the whole thoroughly.
7. Serve without delay.
