Stewed Fish Steak

Ingredients
- g fish steak
- flour
- oil
- count onion
- white celery
- pinch parsley
- count clove
- tomato sauce or paste
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Scale, wash, dry, and flour a ~600 g fish steak, then brown it in a little oil and set aside; clean the pan.
- Make a fine battuto of onion, white celery, and parsley; cook in oil with salt, pepper, and a whole clove until colored.
- Add plenty of tomato sauce or paste dissolved in water and boil briefly.
- Return the fish to finish cooking, turning often, and serve with plenty of the thick sauce.
