Strawberry Jelly (Set)

Ingredients
- 300 g very red ripe strawberries
- 200 g sugar
- 20 g isinglass (leaf gelatin)
- 3 dl water
- 3 tbsp rum
- 1 count lemon juice
Instructions
- Press the strawberries for their juice.
- Boil the sugar in 2 dl water, combine with the juice and lemon, and strain.
- Boil the soaked gelatin in the remaining water, stir in with the rum, and set in the mold in ice.
