Steamed Potatoes

  1. Wash the potatoes clean. Steam them until a fork pierces them easily. Dry them in heat for five minutes, then peel them.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare a sauce by heating the butter that has been rolled in flour with the rich milk, onion juice, salt, and pepper. The sauce must be bubbling when you add the potatoes.
  3. Throw the peeled potatoes into a skillet with the bubbling sauce and toss them gently for five minutes. Transfer to a deep dish, pour the gravy over them, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve very hot.
