Pork Roasted in Milk

Ingredients
- g pork loin
- dl milk
- salt
- bread slices
Instructions
- Salt an ~500 g pork loin and put it in a saucepan with 2.5 dl milk; cover and simmer gently until the milk is consumed.
- Raise the heat to brown the meat, then drain off the fat and lift out the pork.
- Add a splash of fresh milk to the coagulated curds in the pan, stir and bring to a boil.
- Spread the curds on lightly toasted bread and serve as garnish with the hot pork. About 3 dl milk total.
