Chestnut-Flour Cake (Castagnaccio)

Ingredients
- g chestnut flour
- dl cold water
- salt
- pine nuts
- walnuts, raisins, rosemary
- tbsp oil
Instructions
- Sift the chestnut flour, season with a scant pinch of salt, and work in 8 dl cold water gradually into a thin batter.
- Stir in a handful of whole pine nuts (optionally walnuts and raisins).
- Pour into an oiled pan about a finger and a half deep, spread two spoonfuls of oil on top (optionally scatter rosemary).
- Bake in an oven or between two fires and turn out hot.
