Creole French Dressing

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pour three tablespoons of olive oil into a deep, small bowl. Add a saltspoon of salt and half a saltspoon of pepper, adjusting pepper to taste if desired.
  2. Add the teaspoon of made mustard and tablespoon of vinegar alternately, drop by drop, mixing well as you go.
  3. Add the yolk of a hard-boiled egg, mashed very smooth, and stir until blended throughout.
  4. Serve with lettuce, celery, or potato salad.
