Lady's Mouth II

Ingredients

• 250 g sugar
• 100 g superfine flour
• 50 g sweet almonds with three bitter
• 9 eggs
• lemon zest

Instructions

1. Pound the almonds with sugar and mix into the flour.
2. Beat the remaining sugar and yolks over low heat, then fold in the almond-flour and lemon zest.
3. Fold in whipped whites and bake in a prepared tray.
