Ingredients
- g sugar
- g superfine flour
- g sweet almonds with three bitter
- eggs
- lemon zest
Instructions
- Pound the almonds with sugar and mix into the flour.
- Beat the remaining sugar and yolks over low heat, then fold in the almond-flour and lemon zest.
- Fold in whipped whites and bake in a prepared tray.
