Strawberry Ice

Ingredients

• 300 g well-ripened strawberries
• 300 g fine white sugar
• 1/2 l water
• 1 large garden lemon
• 1 orange

Instructions

1. Boil the sugar in the water 10 minutes, uncovered, and cool.
2. Sieve the strawberries with the orange and lemon juice.
3. Combine with the strained syrup and freeze in the churn.
