Strawberry Ice

Ingredients
- g well-ripened strawberries
- g fine white sugar
- l water
- large garden lemon
- orange
Instructions
- Boil the sugar in the water 10 minutes, uncovered, and cool.
- Sieve the strawberries with the orange and lemon juice.
- Combine with the strained syrup and freeze in the churn.
