Three-Color Crostini

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut two chifel rolls into 1 cm rounds and fry them in butter or oil.
  2. Cover each round with a layer of finely chopped spinach dressed with gravy or butter and Parmesan.
  3. Halve two hard-boiled eggs crosswise; cut concentric rings from the whites and place over the spinach, then set small cubes of yolk in the center.
  4. Use as a three-colored garnish for a roast (more decorative than flavorful).
