Three-Color Crostini

Ingredients
- chifel rolls (crescent rolls)
- butter or oil
- spinach
- hard-boiled eggs
Instructions
- Cut two chifel rolls into 1 cm rounds and fry them in butter or oil.
- Cover each round with a layer of finely chopped spinach dressed with gravy or butter and Parmesan.
- Halve two hard-boiled eggs crosswise; cut concentric rings from the whites and place over the spinach, then set small cubes of yolk in the center.
- Use as a three-colored garnish for a roast (more decorative than flavorful).
