Stuffed Beef Braciuola, Stewed

Ingredients

• stuffed beef braciuola (as in No. 537)
• butter
• water and tomato sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the stuffed beef braciuola as in No. 537.
2. Brown it in butter and cook to doneness with water and tomato sauce.
3. Serve with any garnish.
