Orange Punch

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 l rum
• 1 l spirit
• 1 l water
• 1 kg fine white sugar
• 3 oranges
• 1 garden lemon peel

Instructions

1. Boil the water with the sugar five or six minutes and let it cool.
2. Stir in the rum, orange juice, and spirit (including the strained lemon-peel infusion).
3. Filter and bottle; serve flaming in small glasses.
