Braised Wood Ear Mushrooms and Fragrant Mushrooms

Ingredients
- wood ear mushrooms (木耳)
- fragrant mushrooms (香蕈)
- button mushrooms (蘑菇)
Instructions
- Slice button mushrooms and simmer them down to create a rich braising liquid (鹵). Prepare the wood ear mushrooms cut to 2 fen thickness and the fragrant mushrooms cut to 3 fen thickness. Braise both types of mushrooms gently in the mushroom-infused liquid until tender.
