Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from a quarter of the flour and warm water, cut a cross, and let it rise.
  2. Work the remaining flour with sugar, salt, one egg and the butter into a dough, then beat in the risen dough and the other eggs one at a time.
  3. Let rise, half-fill fluted molds, let rise again, glaze, and bake.
