Ingredients
- 300 g Hungarian flour
- 150 g butter
- 30 g brewer's yeast
- 20 g sugar
- 5 g salt
- 6 eggs
Instructions
- Make a yeast dough from a quarter of the flour and warm water, cut a cross, and let it rise.
- Work the remaining flour with sugar, salt, one egg and the butter into a dough, then beat in the risen dough and the other eggs one at a time.
- Let rise, half-fill fluted molds, let rise again, glaze, and bake.
