Cocoa-Nut Doce

Ingredients
- cocoa-nut
- 1 lb sugar
- 1/2 pint water
- orange-flower water
Instructions
- Make a syrup with one pound of sugar to half a pint of water, or more to the taste, and flavour it with orange-flower water.
- Stew in it, until tender, some fine fresh cocoa-nut, lightly grated.
