Parisian Punch

Ingredients
- count egg yolk
- teaspoons sugar
- spoonfuls cognac, rum, or other liqueur
- dl boiling water
Instructions
- Whisk an egg yolk with sugar in the cup until pale.
- Add cognac, rum, or liqueur to taste.
- Fill with boiling water added gradually while whisking to a foam.
