Little Yellow Cakes I

Ingredients

• 300 g cornmeal
• 100 g wheat flour
• 100 g zibibbo raisins
• 50 g sugar
• 30 g butter
• 30 g lard
• 20 g brewer's yeast
• 1 pinch salt

Instructions

1. Make a small yeast dough from half the wheat flour and let it rise.
2. Knead the two flours with the other ingredients (not the raisins), add the risen dough, then the raisins.
3. Shape shuttle rolls, score a lattice, let rise, and bake at moderate heat.
