Yellow Polenta with Sausages

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Make a fairly soft maize polenta, spread it a finger thick, and cut into diamonds.
  2. Cook whole sausages with a splash of water, then skin, crumble, and mix with tomato sauce or conserva.
  3. Layer the polenta in a heatproof dish with Parmesan, sausage, and butter; heat between two fires and serve hot.
