Very Good Egg Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 fresh eggs
- 1/3 pint rich melted butter or white sauce
- salt
Instructions
- Boil four fresh eggs for fifteen minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to plenty of fresh cold water and let them cool completely.
- Break the shells by rolling them on a table and remove them entirely.
- Separate the whites from the yolks.
- Divide all the yolks into quarter-inch dice.
- Mince two of the whites into small pieces.
- Mix the diced yolks and minced whites lightly together.
- Stir the egg mixture into the third of a pint of rich melted butter or white sauce.
- Season with salt as needed and serve as hot as possible.
