Little Yellow Cakes II

Ingredients

• 300 g cornmeal
• 150 g wheat flour
• 200 g powdered sugar
• 150 g butter
• 70 g lard
• 100 g zibibbo raisins
• 2 eggs
• lemon zest

Instructions

1. Knead all ingredients like a shortcrust, without yeast or water.
2. Shape into about twenty pieces (or forty smaller) and bake as the previous ones.
