Ingredients
- g cornmeal
- g wheat flour
- g powdered sugar
- g butter
- g lard
- g zibibbo raisins
- eggs
- lemon zest
Instructions
- Knead all ingredients like a shortcrust, without yeast or water.
- Shape into about twenty pieces (or forty smaller) and bake as the previous ones.
