Ingredients

• liver mixture from recipe No. 374
• g black truffles
• pastry per recipe No. 372

Instructions

1. Prepare the liver mixture of No. 374 and stir in 30 g black truffles first boiled in Marsala.
2. Encase in pastry No. 372 and bake.
3. Serve cold. Serves twelve.
