Peach Ice

Ingredients
- g well-ripened clingstone peaches
- g sugar
- l water
- garden lemon
- peach kernels
Instructions
- Pound the peach kernels with the sugar and boil in the water 10 minutes.
- Sieve the peach pulp, add the lemon juice, and pass everything through a fine sieve again before freezing.
