Refashioned Boiled Beef, English Style

Ingredients
- 350 g boiling beef, boned
- 1 egg
- 20 g flour
- 2 dl milk
- 50 g butter
- salt
- pepper
- spices
- 1 heaped spoonful grated Parmesan
Instructions
- From about 350 g boned boiled beef, prepare a batter of one egg, 20 g flour and 2 dl milk.
- Slice the beef thin and lay it in an ovenproof dish over 50 g melted butter; season with salt, pepper and spices.
- Sizzle on both sides, scatter a heaped spoonful of Parmesan, then pour over the batter.
- Let the batter set and serve.
