Refashioned Boiled Beef, English Style

Instructions

  1. From about 350 g boned boiled beef, prepare a batter of one egg, 20 g flour and 2 dl milk.
  2. Slice the beef thin and lay it in an ovenproof dish over 50 g melted butter; season with salt, pepper and spices.
  3. Sizzle on both sides, scatter a heaped spoonful of Parmesan, then pour over the batter.
  4. Let the batter set and serve.
