Mutton Pudding

Ingredients
- mutton
- kidneys
- fine herbs
- crust
Instructions
- Take mutton freed perfectly from fat, and mix it with two or three sliced kidneys.
- The meat may be sprinkled with fine herbs as it is laid into the crust.
- Make the pudding in precisely the same way as the preceding puddings, but give it rather less boiling.
