Ingredients

• raspberry syrup
• top-quality wine vinegar

Instructions

1. Make raspberry syrup, but replace the citric acid with fine wine vinegar.
2. Add the vinegar off the heat, adjusting the amount by tasting a little of the syrup diluted in water.
