Semoulina Soup

Ingredients
- 3 quarts soup (broth)
- 6 oz. semoulina
Instructions
- Bring 3 quarts of soup to a boil.
- Drop the semoulina very lightly and by degrees into the boiling soup, stirring constantly as it is added.
- Continue stirring frequently throughout cooking—the pot should scarcely be left unattended.
- Skim carefully.
- Let it simmer for twenty to twenty-five minutes until the semoulina is tender.
- Serve when ready for table.
