Ingredients
- g flour
- tbsp oil
- tbsp white wine or Marsala
- leaves sage
- egg
- salt
- oil or lard
Instructions
- Chop the sage fine and knead it into the flour with the oil, wine, egg, and salt, keeping the dough soft.
- Roll to a coin's thickness, cut into diamonds, and fry in oil or lard.
