Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat together the first cup of sugar and creamed butter until very light. Add the egg yolks and continue beating until well combined. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites very stiff with another cup of sugar. Fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk and butter mixture and beat hard together.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a double boiler and cook until thick, stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour the two wineglasses of good whiskey into a bowl. Pour the hot sauce upon the whiskey and whip hard until light and well blended.
