Ingredients
- L milk
- g sugar
- g candied red pumpkin
- g candied citron
- g almonds
- g pistachios
- count egg yolks
- vanilla
Instructions
- Make a vanilla custard with milk, sugar, and egg yolks and freeze it.
- Prepare the mix-ins: blanched split pistachios, chopped toasted almonds, sliced candied fruit, diced candied pumpkin.
- Fold the mix-ins into the frozen custard.
