To Boil Sea-Kale

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash, trim, and tie the kale in bunches.
  2. Throw it into plenty of boiling water with some salt in it.
  3. When perfectly tender, lift it out and drain it well from the water.
  4. Send it to table with good melted butter.
  5. Optionally serve upon a toast like asparagus if fashion is not particularly regarded.
